Here at NiceNHandy Lettings, we believe that the best kind of tenancy relationship between tenant, agent & landlord is a fair and open one –

Too often, we see tenants being treated poorly or worse, unfairly and sadly, many tenants just put up with it because they don’t want to suffer retaliatory eviction for complaining.

We INSIST that any property we agree to manage is brought up to and maintained at a good standard – furthermore, we always produce a condition report video at the start of the tenancy, so that all parties are clear about the condition of the property at the outset, so that spurious deposit claims are eliminated.

Without tenants – a rental property is just an empty house – We actively foster co-operative working relationships with our tenants, and will always do all within our power to assist tenants throughout the course of their tenancy.

Zero Tenant Fees….

One aspect of regular high street lettings that we feel is grossly unfair, are the fees that tenants often struggle to pay. We are committed to a ZERO FEES POLICY and, in line with the new Tenant Fees Legislation that came into force on September 1st 2019, we do not charge tenants for registration, application processing, “admin fees” or anything else that is not permitted.

That’s it – no hidden charges at all

(Other fees may be charged however if for example, a tenant defaults or is late with rent or has to call us out for a lock-out)
